The following document outlines our standard service costs. All support is provided by either getting in touch via support@ithouse.net.au or calling 1300 85 20 85 for time sensitive issues.

Standard Adhoc Hourly Rate: $194 + GST

Can be used for:

  • Helpdesk services provided via phone or email
  • Remote Support provided by remote access
  • Onsite Support (Including travel time)
  • Minimum charge 1 hour
  • Charged in 1 hour increments or part there of
  • This service is provided on a best effort basis.
  • All other service levels will be prioritised above adhoc hourly rate services.

Block Hour Packs (more economical):

  • 5 hours @ $140 per hour + GST
  • 10 hours @ $130 per hour + GST
  • 20 hours @ $120 per hour + GST

Can be used for:

  • Helpdesk services provided via phone or email
  • Remote Support provided by remote access
  • Onsite Support (Including travel time)
  • Block Hour customers are prioritised above Adhoc Hourly Rate services.
  • Can be consumed in 30 min blocks when used in conjunction with IT House CORE Cover

For our more comprehensive monthly retainers above our CORE Cover, we tailor IT House Club Membership and Fully Managed IT Support plans to the specific requirements and needs of each business. * Onsite hardware warranty provides onsite warranty coverage for IT House purchased hardware and upgrades the standard ‘Return to base’ warranty so that onsite visitations to inspect, repair or collect the hardware do not apply. The coverage applies specifically to hardware faults (not software). The club membership or managed IT support must be active for the lifespan of the equipment for the Onsite hardware warranty extension to be applicable.

** Provides access to loan workstations/servers in the event of hardware failure. Also provides access to loan 4G/5G internet connection in the event of an internet outage. Loan hardware fees still apply however access to the pool of loan equipment is reserved for customers on the Club Membership (or above) support levels.
